Client Feedback

Arizona Repertory Ballet is more than a studio to our daughter.  It is her safe place to grow as a dancer while being surrounded by people and instructors who care for her.  We see how her instructors are giving personal guidance that pushes her, helps her strive to be her personal best, impressive technique, and all while letting her know how much she is loved by them. Thank you Arizona Repertory Ballet.

Julie Voeller

As a post-professional ballet dancer who has taken drop-in ballet classes across major dance hubs throughout North and Latin America, I can confidently say that Arizona Repertory Ballet is very special.

Lainie and Elijah bring a rare blend of technical excellence, kindness, inclusivity, and unparalleled creativity to their adult ballet classes. They both bring an intelligent and thoughtful approach to give individualized corrections – particularly rare for adult dancers in a drop-in setting. And feedback is offered with a lightness and positivity that make every class both challenging and deeply encouraging.

The studio itself is gorgeous, filled with natural light and graced by a citrus tree whose fruit peeks through the window like a cheerful audience member.
I would be amiss if I didn’t mention my deep appreciation for being welcomed to attend classes with my infant son, who loves the care and playfulness shared by both Lainie and Elijah.
ARB is truly a place where technique, artistry and warmth come together to bring joy to the community,.

When they say all inclusive, they mean all inclusive. I started beginning ballet at 68 years old two years ago. Lainie is an excellent and patient teacher who always looks out for her students’ welfare and abilities. Always kind, professional and supportive no matter what your dance level is. If you love to dance, this is where you need to be.
